Ordering Guide

MUST READ BEFORE ORDERING!

Before Ordering

  1. Do you know what circle lenses are? Read a quick little intro about the differences between circle lenses and regular contacts.
  2. Be familiar with the Terms and Conditions and Shipping & Returns Policies of our store. Ensure that you have also downloaded our Circle Lens Care Guide and have thoroughly studied it. If you have never worn contact lenses before, we suggest you to consult your optometrist to see if you are suitable for them in the first place.
  3. Make an account on our site. It's easy and takes less than a minute. And, of course, your information is never sold to third parties. Your account is simply used to keep track of your orders and delivery information. You can also save your shopping cart for the next time you visit our website.
  4. Browse through our catalogue. You can browse by brand/series, by color, by diameter (size) and by prescription (power) by clicking the links in the left sidebar. 

Placing Order

  1. On the listing of the product that you would like to purchase, select the prescription: 0.00 (plano) if you have perfect vision, or your sph measurement for myopia if you need vision correction. Note that we do NOT have powers for hyperopia (positive values).
  2. Indicate your desired quantity and click "Add to Bag"
  3. In the "View Bag" page, you can edit your order quantities and delete items as needed. Click on the appropriate links to proceed through checkout.
  4. Make sure that your Shipping Address is correct! We are not responsible if it's incorrect and you don't receive your parcel because of this. 
  • We accept all major credit cards via Paydollar. If you are paying by credit card, you can enter in your credit card info.

After Sales

  1. You should receive an email with a 5 digit order confirmation number in the subject line. If you do not receive this email within 5 hours after placing your order, contact us immediately.
  2. We will drop your order off at the post office 1 to 4 business days after your payment has been received/cleared.
  3. We will update your account status from "Awaiting Fulfilment" to "Shipped" 3 to 4 business days after receiving your payment. The tracking number will be emailed to you and uploaded into your order history. Tracking numbers are in the form of "XX123456789XX" (13 digits).
  4. To track your shipment, please refer to our Track & Trace information page.
  5. Questions, reports, compliments/complaints can be e-mailed to us any time using the Contact Us form. Be sure to indicate your Order Confirmation No. (5 digits) in the message for the fastest possible response.

Changing Your Order

If you entered in a wrong shipping address or wrong prescription for an item, please email us asap with your order number, stating which corrections should be made.  Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.  No changes can be made after this period.

Please note that making any changes to an order can result in a processing delay of up to 2 business days.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reason, kindly inform us within 5 hours of your purchase. Please note that the full payment will not be refunded - a 10% administration fee of your amount purchased will be imposed. Under no circumstances can toric, FreshLook, Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson (Acuvue), FAIRY and L-con products be cancelled.
